Just a quick email to let you and the team know that I have really appreciated the work and efforts you all put into looking after my rental property. You all do an amazing job and make what is an often trying challenge seem effortless

I’d like to thank you for the professional and understanding approach that has been taken in the management of this property and I’ll definately be giving you a call if circumstances change and I need someone to manage the property again

- T.Newman, Townsville

Efficient, professional, returns calls and emails promptly…..the best I’ve ever dealt with in my years of having properties

- J. Scott, Townsville

We are very happy with this result as we know that rents in Townsville may have softened a bit from when the previous lease began. It is wonderful that we have been able to maintain the same rent level. I think that this is largely due to your agency’s excellent tenant selection and meticulous inspections which ensure the integrity of our property is maintained.

- N.Douglas, Townsville

We really appreciate the communication and level of service across your business, very very professional. It has been a great experience and I am sure it will continue to be. The highest compliment I can give you all is to recommend you to family and friends

- M. Hopkins, Townsville

This was the first time in over 30 years that I have been a tenant. I am glad your company was my first experience. Others, who shall remain nameless, are more difficult to establish a working relationship with

- E. Menkins, Townsville

You guys have been amazing with our property almost going 4 years now. Thank you

- C. Meyer, Townsville

I would like to express our gratitude and thanks for your help and patience throughout the last three months whilst major works were being conducted on our house. Your professionalism was outstanding and there was nothing too hard to handle when we required help. We owe your staff our sanity and look forward to working with you for many more years

- Shane & Bridget, Townsville

I must say I am very impressed with your level of service. Every time we have a query we are always replied to very quickly or receive a phone call from you. Even when re-signing our lease, the flexibility is great, as we have been unsure the last two times of what exactly we were going to do, your team was very supportive, and promptly communicated with the owners when we made our decision. You all make it a very easy process in all aspects of renting…Thanks again for making renting a pleasurable experience.
