Keeping our Tenants updated in regards to Maintenance at Tenanted Properties:
Good morning to all our valued Tenants
We are experiencing a lot of tenants refusing access to Contractors to carry out maintenance due to COVID-19. We completely understand this and commend you all on maintaining social distancing and gathering rules. It is also vitally important that you put your safety and the safety of your family first.
For any tenants not wanting any Contractors in your home to carry out maintenance, we will postpone this to a later date. We do wish to advise though, should the matter be urgent, for your comfort we will need to arrange a Contractor, however, they will work with you on suitable access and distancing rules. We do ask that prior to the Contractor attending; you ensure you have disinfected the access path and area they are to work with. We will ensure our Contractors are not experiencing any flu like symptoms or have not had contact with any individuals that have travelled overseas. If they have, we will ask another Contractor to attend.
It all comes down to communication so if you communicate with us, we can certainly assist.
For all general maintenance that is being delayed, please understand when life is back to normal, our Contractors will have a huge workload and there will most certainly be a delay, but rest assured you will be on the list.
Thank you for your co-operation.
